A very good society located in outskirts of Gurgaon with peaceful environment. Many families are living since 2019 and flats are available only in resale. There are 2 entrances as per tower and visitor has to park their car outside. Pros- Premium and super maintained, good construction quality, layout is good, big running balconies, all flats are 3BHKs, good appreciation in rates. Cons- Village ethnicity and approaching is only from one side, club house is across the govt road, lees greenery, no spacious big garden for kids, public road in between the towers, too far from the cit, nearby sector roads are in bad shape.

Amazing apartment to live in. All amenities available. Excellent maintenance and service. Nice locality. All shops and facilities very nearby. Amazing people.connectivity to all highway ( Panipat, Jaipur, Gurgaon, Rohtak, UP)

A residential society that is nicely maintained. The staff is very helpful and cooperative. The location is a bit in the interior. There can be connectivity issues if you are relying on public transport. The lobbies and gardens are very pretty and well maintained. Almost all areas are wheelchair accessible. The society has ample areas for kids to play. The security is also good. Two car parkings allotted to each apartment.

The place looks good. But it has a small gym in every tower with limited equipments. Does it has any plan to build a bigger common gym in the club house with instructor?

DLF has done splendid job and it feels good living in here...sureky, this property would be much in demand in time ahead. PRICED perfectly between DLF regal garden, New Town height, Primus and Ultima.

After doing research in Delhi NCR for over 1 year I bought a property in best project on Dwarka express way in Gurugram. This project feels like a 7 star Hotel stay. Quality of construction by DLF is amazing in this project.

Luxury apartments in sector 86 Gurgaon by DLF. The area is very big with different compounds and blocks. All facilities available like gym, swimming pool, double parking (basement & on ground floor inside the compound), security, community hall, lush green garden with walking area etc. Though there are very few shops nearby but new shops and malls are opening around the area.
